Access Changes After Staffing, Tenant or Key Changes

Common reasons include employee turnover, a tenant change, a missing key, contractor access that has ended or a decision to place compatible doors on a simpler key plan. Rekeying changes the operating key without replacing a serviceable cylinder.
Count the affected doors, identify who needs access and note which openings must remain separate. Existing cylinders need compatible keyways and enough usable combinations. Restricted systems may require documented authorization or service from their authorized provider.
Rekeying does not repair a failed latch, damaged lock body, misaligned door or worn hardware. Those problems may need repair or replacement. Electronic credentials are managed separately from mechanical keys.
List the number of keys for each access group and who may order duplicates later. Call 346-777-8777 with the property details to confirm compatibility, scheduling and an estimate.
